The Law of Exposure

We become like the people we surround ourselves with.

It’s not always obvious — it happens slowly, in small moments. The way you talk, the way you think about problems, even what you believe is possible for your life. All of it gets shaped by the company you keep.

Surround yourself with positive, spiritual-filled people, and you’ll start absorbing their mindset. Their discipline becomes your discipline. Their passion rubs off on you. You rise to meet the standard around you.

But the reverse is just as true. Spend your time around negativity, complacency, or drama, and you’ll find those things creeping into you too — often without noticing until you’re already there.

You can’t always control who’s around you. But you can control who you let close, whose voice you give weight to, and where you choose to spend your energy.

Choose your exposure wisely. It’s shaping you either way.
