Daryl Blank has spent his life following a calling that kept expanding. It started in local churches across Tennessee, Michigan, and Ohio, where he learned that ministry isn't about a title—it's about showing up for people, one conversation at a time. That conviction carried him to Springdale Church of the Nazarene, where he served as Senior Pastor beginning in November 2012, shepherding a congregation through more than a decade of growth and change.

Today, Daryl leads on a broader stage as District Superintendent of the Southwestern Ohio District of the Church of the Nazarene—a role that lets him do at scale what he's always done best: invest in leaders, strengthen churches, and keep people pointed toward what matters. His fingerprints are on the denomination well beyond his own district, too. He was recently elected to the General Church Board, has contributed to the Credentials Board, and previously served on the District Advisory Board for the Southwest Ohio District. Even back in Tennessee, his sense of civic duty showed up outside the church walls, serving as Vice President of the Goodlettsville Chamber of Commerce.

A graduate of Nazarene Bible College with a degree in Leadership and Ethics, Daryl doesn't lead from behind a desk—he leads with energy, integrity, and a genuine love for life. Ask him what matters most and the answer comes fast: God, family, and people. He works hard, plays hard, and competes hard—his glass isn't just half full; it's usually overflowing, and he'll tell you that's by design, not by accident.

Off the clock, Daryl and his wife, Tracy, are usually plotting the next trip or finding a reason to be outdoors. Together they've built a family that spans three adult children and three grandchildren, and if you ask them, that's the story they're proudest of.
