Be Present

If you're leading anyone right now- a team, a family, a classroom... remember that people don't need a perfect leader. They need a present one. Show up, stay curious, and keep growing. The best leaders I know, listen more than they talk, give credit generously, and they aren't afraid to say, "I don't know, let's figure it out together." Leadership shows up in small moments- how you handle a mistake, how you check in on someone having a difficult week, and what you do with failure. Be this kind of leader and build a healthy culture.
